Serves contemporary European dishes with an Asian twist. Quality local produce is sourced where possible. The Chinoiserie interior captures the aura of Chinese culture in an elegant and modern interpretation featuring metal screens with oriental elements, modern classic furniture and lantern-inspired pendants.
TING lounge: Serves an a la carte menu also with an Asian slant. This is also where afternoon tea is served. Guests can choose from two options, a classically English experience or an Asian inspired alternative, both complemented by an exclusive selection of over 30 teas.

GONG Bar: The bar is located on the 52nd floor of The Shard which makes it Londons highest bar. The Name Gong is the Chinese word for 'dougong', - a unique structural element of interlocking wooden brackets, used in traditional Chinese architecture and also featured in the bar. The look and decor is typical stylish Asian. Made up from separate intimate chambers (Cocktail Bar, Champagne Bar and the infinity Swimming Pool), the interior is also reminiscent of the traditional boudoirs of the West. The swimming pool (called the Skypool) is the highest pool in Western Europe.
