First opened in June 2014 after a total renovation and conversion of a former office building (Grove House). The Z Hotel Piccadilly offers affordable accommodation in a prime location and can be thought of as compact luxury (some call it budget chic). Across the chain Z hotels have established a niche as providing uber modern designer feel hotels on a budget. As part of the hotels use of space some bedrooms have no window, these are clearly shown in the rates description and reflect their lower pricing.
